He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Edward "Pete" and Bonnie Dean Perrin (Barrett); his daughter Sarah Dean Perrin; and his nephew C. W. Mohr. He is survived by: his significant other Annie Shumate; his friends, Mike Simons, Debo Gulley and Robi Bohonsky; his aunt Betty Slater of Brookfield; and his siblings-in-law, Yo Frazier (Ed) of Marceline, MO, DeDe Mohr (Chuck) of Marceline, MO and C. J. Koechner (Maggie) of Paola, KS. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
