He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jane Ruddle; his children, Rick Conway (Melissa) of Salisbury, John Conway Jr. (Melissa), Samantha Niemeier (Dakota) of Wien, Ann Garrett and Rebecca York (Kroy); his aunt Peggy Swank of Moberly; and his grandchildren, Avery Niemeier, Oliver Niemeier, Madisyn Conway, Davis Conway, Adam York, Ciara York, Katryna Tierney, Carly Conway, Baylor Boyd, Emily Conway, Josh Van Horn and Matthew Garrett. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
