He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Sr. Blickhan and Margaret Blickhan; his wife Marceline B. Blickhan; and his sister Marge Ordonio. He is survived by: his son Jim Blickhan (Jinny); his grandsons, Alex Blickhan (Anna) and Brad Blickhan; his siblings, Bob Blickhan (Chris), Janice Orrick and Kathy Dwyer (John); his brothers-in-law, Bill Burnett and Frank Ordonio; and his friend Suzanne Hart. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
