She is survived by: her husband Thomas L. Smith; and her children, Mark Smith (Becky) of Lincoln, Missouri, Michael R. Smith (Tina) of Brookfield, Missouri, Teresa Cobler (Tony) of Ottumwa, Iowa and Timothy H. Smith (Shannon) of Indianola, Iowa. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
