She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Marek and Elizabeth Marek (Nanneman); her husband Leo Wayne Ewigman; her sons, Mark and Randy Ewigman; her siblings, Loretta Monnig, Alice Stephens and Andrew Marek; and her daughter-in-law Jeanette Ewigman.
She is survived by: her son John; her grandsons, Steve (Rose), Kenny (Lisa) of Marceline, David (Janelle) of Lee's Summit and Richard (Karlene) of Centralia; her daughters-in-law, Linda of Marceline and Leslie Walker of Jackson; her granddaughter Cheryl Stallo (David) of Columbia; her brother Earnest Marek of Mesa, AZ; and her grandchildren, Melissa Graves (Carl), Kristin, Samantha, Ryan Ewigman, Amie, Allan (Amanda), Scott, Lee (Kirsten), Andrew (Lindsey), Luke (Emily), Jake Ewigman (Andrea), Logan, Dakota Ewigman, Brian (Sandra), Eric Ewigman (Christian), Amanda Lewis (Shawn), Tony Ewigman (Chelsea), Christopher Ewigman (Kallie), Adam Walker (Katie), Jason Ewigman, Jordan Beck, Lauren Mosier (Brian), Avery, Charley and Elle Stallo. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Delaney Funeral Home (1720 N Missouri Ave, Marceline, MO 64658). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, August 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Bonaventure Catholic Church (409 S Kansas Ave, Marceline, MO 64658). A burial was held on Saturday, August 24th 2024 at the St Bonaventure Catholic Cemetery (409 S Kansas Ave, Marceline, MO 64658).
Memorials may be made to Fr. McCartan School or St. Bonaventure Cemetery.
