She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert "Bert" Frazier and Ethel Frazier (Ridgeway); her husband Bobby "Bob" L. Downing; her son Eric Earl Downing; her siblings, Charles L. "Chuck" Frazier, Fred A. Frazier, Iva Lou Bunch and Louise Frazier; and her nieces, Patricia Wright and Rozanne Johnson.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Downing (Marilyn) of Fort Madison, IA and Kirk Downing (Cassandra) of Franklin, IA; her grandchildren, Gretchen Mercurio (Antone) of Salinas, CA, Tony D. Gabrielson of Newton, AL, Ryan Carlson (Sara) of Fort Madison, IA, Tasha Downing of Prescott, AZ, Patrick Downing (Kristena) of Davenport, IA and Allyson Wolcott (Jeb) of Solon, IA; and her sister-in-law Joanne Frazier of Falls Church, VA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
