He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Phillips; and his sister-in-law Joyce Baker. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Phillips (Scott) of Marceline; his wife Karen Sue Baker; his sons, Markus Phillips (Jessica), Travis Phillips (Skye) and Trevor Phillips; his grandchildren, Eleanor, Hallie and Lucille Phillips; his parents-in-law, Judy and Ronnie Payne; and his brother-in-law Ron Payne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
