He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan W. Teel and Carmaleta Teel (Mercer); his wife Mary Alice Haefner; and his son Daniel Joseph Teel. He is survived by: his siblings, David M. Teel of Olathe and Nancy Schreiner of Marceline; and his brother-in-law Michael Haefner of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Delaney Funeral Home (1720 N Missouri Ave, Marceline, MO 64658).
