He was predeceased by: his parents, Gale Gene and Hazel Irene Linebaugh (Ballard); and his brother Norman Stephenson. He is survived by: his wife Monica; his daughters, Michelle Smith, David, Bevier and Crystal Lute of Ottumwa, IA; his brother Brian Linebaugh of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Cheyanne Smith, Brittany Boley, Joseph Smith, Meara Shain and Thea Shain; and his pet Zero. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, close family and friends.
