It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Wendell Wright of Marceline, Missouri, who passed away on December 8, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Taylor and Freda Louise Wright (York); his daughter Heidi Dawn Wright; and his brothers, Taylor, Abe and Brad "Boomer" Wright.
He is survived by: his children, Shelly Cooper (Matt) of Marceline, MO, Kiley Liebhart (Carl) of New Boston, MO, Cassie Wright of Marceline, MO, Melissa Wright and Bryan Medlin; his grandchildren, Gracie Caroline Liebhart (Sam Eggleston), Logan Allen Dean Liebhart, Breelyn Dean Liebhart, Paityn Grace Liebhart, Gabrielle Rhyanne Lodder, Adrianna Victoriadawn Lodder, Adalynn Grace Sparks and Raiden Wayne Sparks; his siblings, Dennis Ray Wright (Kathy), Lanny D. Wright (Brenda), Carl Rodney Wright (Shirley) and Mary "Molli" James (Ed); and his pets, Tank and Minnie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Delaney Funeral Home (1720 N Missouri Ave, Marceline, MO 64658). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
