He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Parker and Maggie May Manning; and his siblings, Harvey Jr., Russell, Eddie, Sherman, Joe, Alice, Illa, Laverne, Juanita, Christine and Bonnie.
He is survived by: his wife Bernita Bell-Parker; his children, Jason Bell (Julie), Justin Bell (Gretchen), Bryan Parker, Billy Parker (Katherine) of Jonesboro, Christi Morrison (David) of South Carolina and Jeff Harper; his brother-in-law Harry Lewis (Carolyn) of Nixa Missouri; and his nephew Bradley Parker (Ladonna). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
