She was predeceased by: her parents, James Barker and Bertha Barker (Goad); her son Thomas Cooper; her siblings, Clinton, Donald Barker and Rosemary Barker; and her granddaughter Sarah Cooper.
She is survived by: her son Jacky Neal Cooper of Geneva, IL; her siblings, James Barker Sr., Joe Barker Sr. of Glen Allen, MO, Linda Russell (Joe) of Glen Allen, MO and Brenda Miller (Bill) of Marble Hill, MO; and her grandchildren, Christopher, Tracy, Heidi, Alexandra and Jenna. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a few very close friends.
