He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin Shrum and Hester May Lorance Shrum; his wife Lois Shrum; and his brother Loy B. Shrum. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Alta Faye Shrum (Pete); and his nephews, Loy "Beaver" E. Shrum (Leah), Kendall Shrum (Marsha) and Keith Shrum (Allison). He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
