Raymond Busby Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Busby of Marble Hill, Missouri, born in Jonesboro, Arkansas, who passed away on January 3, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Mac Homer and Cora Marie Busby (Woodard); his former wife Berta L. Busby (Ragsdale); his wife Mary Belle Busby (Curtis); his son Stanley Busby; his children-in-law, Michelle Busby and James Boyle; his siblings, James, Norman, Homer, Ruth and Maxine; and his great grandchildren, Austin Archer and Trinity Boyle.
He is survived by: his children, Sheron Boyle of Warrenton, MO, Connie Rhodes (Darryl) of Glen Allen, MO, Gary Busby (Cheryl) of Columbia, IL, Donald Busby (Kay) of Cahokia, IL, Gaylon Busby (Lisa) of Waterloo, IL and Clarence Busby (Chasity) of Joplin, MO; and his siblings, Wayne and Geneva. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty four great-grandchildren; fourteen great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
