With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laverne Hulsey (Marble Hill, Missouri), who passed away on September 30, 2021 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Wiley and Ethyl Wiley (Hill); her sisters, Barbara Govro, Marilyn Wiley and Jetty Reese (Lloyd); her sister-in-law Mildred Wiley; her husband Willis E. Hulsey; her parents-in-law, Floyd and Elizabeth Hulsey; her children, Teresa Wilson (Dan) of Cape Girardeau, Dr. Richard Hulsey (Cheryl) of St. Louis, MO and Dave Hulsey (Robert Young) of Indianapolis, IN.; her grandchildren, Andrea (Wilson), Stuart Greaser of Cape Girardeau, MO, Ryan, Angie Hulsey of Columbia, MO, Grant Hulsey of Denver, CO, Marissa, Jason Riley of St. Louis, MO and Jacob Thole of St. Louis; her great grandchildren, Emma, Colin Greaser, Easton, Sienna and Della Riley; and also, Alvin, Mary Hulsey, Helen (Susie), Clyde Noltkamper, Floyd Jr., Grace Hulsey, Cecil, Jean Hulsey, Mackie, Don Price, Earl Hulsey, Barbara (Milton Fitz) and Jim Merseal. She was also cherished by nine children.
The Covid pandemic forced her to spend over one year in quarantine, but she made the best of it and never complained.
