He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Shrum; his children, Gary Shrum (Pat), Renee Cook and Katie Shrum; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Randy, Mayfield, Kyle Cook (Susan), Lotte Johnson (Luke), Kaitlin Stevens (Joseph), Kendra Lincoln (Michael), Jerrod Pinkley (Amanda) and Jessica Allison; his great grandchildren, Kase, Kolton, Kade, Klara Johnson, Halley, Benton, Barrett, Lettie Lincoln, Joanna, Declan, Silas, Beau Pinkley, Lane Stevens, Alayah, Caiden Allison, Shakota Robinson (Alex), Katy Bass and Zoie Cook; and his great great grandchild Lakelynn Bass.

In leui of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to the Marble Hill Optimist Club, American Cancer Society or Creekside Faith Fellowship Church.
