He is survived by: his wife Pat Bollinger; his children, Jeff Bollinger (Melissa) and Sandy Walker (Kevin); his grandchildren, Cody Walker (Shannon), Kara Kynion (Jack), Nathan Kocher (Stephanie), Alyssa Contreras (Raul) and Adam Walker (Courtney); and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Adeline, Colby, Jack, Caroline, Lyla, Elijah, Lucia and Anne.
Memorials may take the form of contributions to Pulliam Cemetery.
