He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Lee Sr. and Bunah E. Gregg (Cooper); his son Ricky Gregg; and his brothers, Terry, Matt, Ronnie and Buddy Gregg.
He is survived by: his children, Brad D. Gregg (Cindy) of Marble Hill and Diane Durham of Jackson, MO; and his siblings, Joe of St. Louis, MO, Robert Gregg of St. Louis, MO and Sally Reeder of Arkansas. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.
