He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Otto and Precious Pearl Fox (Blocker); and his siblings, Lindsel Fox, Otto Fox Jr., Juanita McCall, Vonda Barnes, Brenda Little, Geneva and Denver Fox.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Fox of Marble Hill, MO, Connie Sue Terry of Grassy, MO and Mildred Henson of Gordonville, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
