He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvis Edward and Thelma DaVault (Hughes); his wife Elsie DaVault (McCulley); his daughter Carole; his siblings, Paul and Eula; his sons-in-law, Tim Ahrens and Troy Poplin; and his brothers-in-law, Charlie Wiseman and Everett Long.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Ahrens of Ruston, LA and Tony DaVault (Paula) of Elgin, IL; his sister Geraldine Wiseman of Crystal Lake, IL; and his sister-in-law Mae Hale of Irvington, IL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
