He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Joseph and Joan Kuper Sr. (Brasses); and his siblings, Ronald Kuper and Kathy Long. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Kuper Radtke of Westlake Village, CA; his brothers, William "Bill" Kuper of Marble Hill and David Dungan of Herman, Missouri; and his grandson Grayson Radtke.
