He was predeceased by: his father Otto Fox. He is survived by: his mother Jeannie Cureton; his children, Ely, Jayden and Brody Fox; and his siblings, Brian Fox, Justin Moyers (Lilli) and Brittany Moyers. He is also survived by four nephew and one niece.
