She is survived by: her sons, Adrian Sierkowski and Ezekiel Brooks; her grandchildren, Ember Blue Brooks and Auhgman Tayloe Brooks; her son Jeriel Malachi Brooks; her grandchildren, Ariana Elizabeth Brooks, Naomi River Brooks and Jenica Malilah Brooks; and her siblings, Dawn Welch of Florida, Rob Tayloe of Missouri and Brad Tayloe of Florida.
