She was predeceased by: her grandmother Lisa Cruz. She is survived by: her parents, Kevin Hettenhouser and Jessilyn Hettenhouser; her siblings, Isaac Hettenhouser, Kristin Odenbreit (Cody), Hailee Hettenhouser and Autumn Butz (Garrett); and her grandparents, Steven Hettenhouser and Heather Brown.
