She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Kelley and Alpha Kelley (Cartwright); her siblings, Lowell Kelley, Noel Dean Kelley, Carl Kelley, Shirley Cottengim (Jack) and Sue Matney; and her stepsiblings, Mike Ryan, David Ryan and Sherry Ryan.
She is survived by: her son James Williams (Louisa); her grandchildren, Jessica Lathrom (Dustin) of Mansfield and Craig Williams of Mansfield; her great grandchildren, Austin Minks (Presley Peterson), Tessa Jenkins, Brooke Jenkins, Ryder Lathrom, Hunter Lathrom, Remington Lathrom and Liam Lathrom; her brothers, Jesse Kelley (Barbara), Bill Kelley and Rick Kelley (Nancy); her stepsiblings, Jim Ryan, Joe Ryan and Marilyn Flake (David); and her sisters-in-law, Lucille Kelley and Barbara Kelley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
