She was predeceased by: her daughter Cindy Jane Crain; her parents, Oma Cutbirth and Ora Lea Cutbirth; and her siblings, Gerald, Alfred, Arvil Henry Cutbirth and Bonnie Lou Cutbirth.

She is survived by: her children, Clifford Crain (Junior) of Hartville and Christine Harkey (Daniel) of Mansfield, Missouri; and her sisters, Betty Tooley of Hartville and Caroline Simons of Minnesota. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and caring friends.
