He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Carr and Sara Carr; his wife Martha Headings; his son Ronald Lee Carr; and his brother Harold Carr.
He is survived by: his sister Ruth Steinhilber; his children, Robert Carr, Jr. (Julie) of Windsor, Missouri, Anita Carr of Springfield and Terri Vawter (Keith) of Mansfield, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Nathan Carr (Brandy) of Canyon, Sarah Highley (Josh) of Kearney, Jeff Carr (Monica) of Jefferson City, Andy Carr (Bailey) of Lee's Summit, Josh Slater (Abby) of ManAssus, Greg Short (Amber) of Mansfield, Scott Short (Kylie) of Seymour and Laura Wagner of Springfield. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and many friends.
