He was predeceased by: his parents, James Street and Bessie Street; his stepfather Glenn 'Bo Dickson; and his sister Janet Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Keeling; his son Joshua Street (Gwen); his grandson Dawson of Rogersville, Missouri; his siblings, Joann Wormington (Ralph) of Diggins, Missouri, Ron Street (Pam) of Joplin, Jim Street (Delphine) of Valdosta and Gerald Street (Phung) of Diggins; and his stepsiblings, Ron Dickson (Pamela), Richard Dickson (Sandy) and Virginia Truitt (Tony). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, several nieces and nephews; and many more dear co-workers, friends.
In lieu of flowers or food, contributions can be made in Perry's memory to the American Cancer Society.
