He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Joe Dennis and Beulah Faye Hannah Dennis; his wife Merna Lee Dennis; his son Brian Dennis; his sister Mary Belle Smith; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Smith and John Lemons.
He is survived by: his sons, Lance Dennis of Mansfield, Jackie of Mansfield and Brett Dennis (Heather) of Mansfield; his sister Nina Jo Lemons of Mansfield; and his grandchildren, Arielle Brennan (Kerry) of Kirkwood, Brandon Dennis (Jessica) of Kirkwood, Tristan Dennis (Brittani) of Mansfield, Jeromey Dennis of Mansfield, Sharice Jarrett (Landon) of Rogersville, Arik Dennis of Springfield and Conner Choate of Mansfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Hensley Cemetery.
