With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Lee Morton of Mansfield, Missouri, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on June 25, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Rodell and Helen Marie Morton (Roberts); his sisters, Barbara Jean Morton and Georganne Robey; his cousin Jimmy Roberts; and his son-in-law John Dawson.
He is survived by: his wife Jo; his children, Michael Lee Morton, Teresa Ann Liles (Billy), Cindy Sue Schroeder, Joseph Allen Morton (Julie) and Billie Jo Dawson; and his siblings, Dean Gonzalez, Ron Gonzalez, Bruce Gonzalez, Richard Morton and Maria Gonzalez. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren.
