She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Otis Letsinger and Maude Josephine Letsinger (Draper); her husband Bobby Dale; her siblings, Ireta Krider, Alice Findley (K. C.) and Charley Bill Krider; and her sister-in-law Sharon McNealy (Dennis).
She is survived by: her son Earl Gene Dixon (Rhonda) of Macomb, Missouri; her grandchildren, Dustin Dixon (Tracy) of Macomb and Natasha Reed (Travis) of Licking, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Rylee, Brayden, Kinsley Dixon, Lilly and Waylon Reed; her nieces and nephews, Kevin Findley (Lois), Sheila Pool (Mick), Sam Wampler, Becky Borders (Ed), Doug Still (Sharon), Todd Still (Carolyn), Stacy Porter (Ryan) and Heather Dennis (Brett); and her sister-in-law Betty Still (Willard). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
