He is survived by: his father Louis Penn of Brownfield, Texas; his wife Rhonda Rae Hamill; his children, Everett Penn, Jr. (Neva) of Mansfield, Edward Penn of New Jersey, Adam Penn of Brownfield, Texas, Gina Myers of Mansfield and Jessica Barrett (Clinton) of Mansfield; and his siblings, Howard Penn of Mansfield, Kenneth of Macomb, Oscar Penn of Brownfield, Texas, Floyd Penn of Brownfield, Texas and Ida Langhennig of Brownfield, Texas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
