He is survived by: his wife Helen Deatherage; his sons, Earnie Dwayne Cook (Karla) of Mansfield, Larry Cook (Nancy) of Rogersville and Lonnie Cook (Susan) of Omaha, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Mandy Dye, Jeremy Flynn, Jessica Lynn Cook, Justin Cook, Kendall Cook and Amanda Lea Bell; his great grandchildren, Trinity Cook and Ryder Cook; and his siblings, Earl Cook of Niangua, Kenneth Cook of Houston, Danny Cook of Mansfield, Dorothy Cole of Strafford, Frances Davis of Seymour and Kathleen Threw of Seymour. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
