He is survived by: his fiancée Anita Crist; his siblings, Timothy Haupert, Jerome Haupert (Cyndi), Louise "Mugsy" Haupert-Leddy (Bryan), Kathi Haupert-Zehender (Daniel) and Robert Haupert; his children, Jeff Haupert, Carrie Haupert-Scranton (David), Stacy Haupert-Gillen (Robert), Alex Queathem-Payne (John), Lindsay Haupert and Allison Haupert-Whitworth (Allen); his grandchildren, Trenton Werner, Jake Scranton, Madi, Kylee Gillen and Alex Whitworth; and his parents-in-law, Wayne and Martha Weaver. He is also survived by his extended family, nieces, nephews, cousins, coworkers, colleagues and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Mike would ask each of us to plant a tree or give blood in his honor.
