He was predeceased by: his wife Janice L. Jeziorski; his parents, Joan Jeziorski and Walter Jeziorski; his siblings, Ben, Gertrude, Leona, Harry, Loretta, Edward "Lefty", Ralph, Dorothy, Leonard and Clem; and his granddaughter Caitlin.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Suzanne), Gregory (Janet), Joseph (Julia) and Andrew (Lisa); his grandchildren, Ryan (Ali), Jessilyn (Josh), Andria "Poopy" (Brandon), Andrew (Norah), JD, Addison, Alec, Averiana, Laci and Grayson; his great grandchildren, Kennedy, Kayce, Brock, Benjamin, Mariam, Theodore and Julian; his brother Steve Jeziorski (Sharon); and his niece Connie Shidaker. He is also survived by his sons, daughters-in-law and grandkids.
