He was predeceased by: his sister Cheryl Sprague (Donald); and his parents, Joan Fabrizio and Dominic Fabrizio. He is survived by: his wife Sandi M. Fabrizio; his sons, Dominic Fabrizio (Melissa), Vincenzo "Vince" Fabrizio and Dillon Fabrizio; his grandchild Brooke Fabrizio; and his siblings, Joseph Candio (Barb), Pamela Collins (late Thomas), Mary Ann Freedy (Walter), Lorene Decker (Victor) and Debra Griggs (late Ken). He is also survived by his sons & wife, he had many nieces and nephews.
