It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene (Rutledge) M. Meier of Manchester, Missouri, who passed away on January 31, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Rutledge and Esther Rutledge. She is survived by: her husband Stanley L. Meier; her son-in-law Michael Loftus; her daughter Lynn; her grandchildren, Daniel, Sara and Andrew Loftus; her great grandchildren, Logan and Chloe Loftus; and her siblings-in-law, Margie Chaney and Jerry Meier. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schrader Funeral Home and Crematory (14960 Manchester Rd, Ballwin, MO 63011). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 9:35 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Joseph Catholic Church (567 St Josephs Ln, Manchester, MO 63021). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Saint Joseph Cemetery (107 Creve Coeur Ave, Ballwin, MO 63011).
