He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dyer Kiser and Dolly Lunbeck Kiser. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Susan Potter; his children, Giles Kiser (Kim) of Liberty, Brett Kiser of St. Genevieve, Dody Bishop (Jake) of Marshall and Dan Kiser (Megan) of Malta Bend; his grandchildren, Donovan, Grayson, Ila and Andrew; and his brother Jim Kiser (Debbie) of Marshall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

Memorials are suggested to the Missouri Department of Conservation or Saline County Shooting Sports.
