He is survived by: his mother JoAn Smith; his significant other Crystal Haase; his children, Tatum Smith of Malta Bend, Keilee Smith (Joe Bellamy) of Marshall Junction, Roman Smith of Warrensburg, Ivory Smith and Deliliah Smith; his brothers, Nick Smith (Jana) of Malta Bend and Ryan Smith of Malta Bend; his nephews, Jarron Smith of Malta Bend and Conner Smith of Malta Bend; and his uncles, Larry Smith and J. R. Hamblen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
