It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra K. Alspaw of Malta Bend, Missouri, born in Rosebud, Missouri, who passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wilson McDaniel and Marie L. Williams McDaniel; her daughter Veronica K. Jamison; her granddaughter Olivia Alspaw; her great grandchildren, Caleb Rader and Easton Gipe; and her siblings, Betty Duffey, Carol Neel, Margie Jolliff, Joyce Garrison, Evelyn England, Carl, Billy and Clyde McDaniel.
She is survived by: her husband John "J. D." Alspaw; her children, JoAnne Rader (Leland Graves) of Grand Pass, MO, David Alspaw (Julie) of Marshall, Melvin Alspaw (Marie) of Malta Bend, Angela Shoemaker (Neal) of Marshall, Clyde Alspaw (June) of Moline, IL and Carol Gipe (Lee) of Waverly, MO; and her siblings, Diane Kateman of Colorado Springs, CO and Wayne McDaniel of St. Louis, MO. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren.
