He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Charles and Martha Josephine Earnheart Rush; and his sister Melonese Puckett. He is survived by: his sons, William Douglas Rush (Teresa) of Cypress, Ronald David Rush (Lori) of Texarkana, Gregory Steven Rush (Rosanne) of Tampa and Robert Michael Rush of Dayton, Ohio; and his sister Arbridella Little of Malden. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
