She was predeceased by: her parents, James Oscar and Gladys Walton Carter; her spouse W. D. "Dub" Maddox; and her children, Doug Maddox, Wendell Dean Maddox and Sheila Dell.
She is survived by: her children, Sondra Wiggs (Larry), Judy Elam (Chris), Keith Maddox (Brenda) and W. D. Maddox, Jr. (Linda). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
