He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cullum of Parma, MO; his children, Steven Cullum Jr. (Tina) of Corning, AR, Joshua Cullum Sr. (Tabatha) of Parma, Jason Cullum (Jenell) of Essex, MO and Tracy Siebert (Dustin) of Campbell, MO; and his siblings, Jerry Cullum (Jullie) of Parma, Mike Cullum (Velma) of Parma, Donnie Cullum (Geneine) of Bernie, MO, Carolyn Woods (Bruce) of Bernie, Joann Harmon of Kennett, MO, Judy Cannady and Pansy Gilly. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
