Holifield and Leona Surface Holifield; her husband James Dalton Provance; her sister Bette Daniels of Temecula, California; her niece Melody Mead of Arlington, Texas; her stepchildren, Nelda Crosby, Saundra Stroud, Anita Provance, James Dalton Provance, Jr., Sandra K., Cheri Lynn Brunner and Ralph; her godchildren, Kandi Chidister of Malden, Alexa Hawkins of Malden and Driah Rhodes of Malden; and also John W. Evans, Jr..
