He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Payton and Evelyn W. Razer Payton; and his brothers, Billy Joe Payton and Timothy Chris Payton. He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Payton Duckett (Clark) of Malden and Willard Kenneth Payton; his niece Brittany Dachs; and his nephews, Tony Cunningham and Thomas Cunningham.
