She is survived by: her children, Vickie Puckett Edwards (John) of Carmel Valley, CA, Mike Puckett (Debbie) of Malden and Chuck Puckett (Terry) of Branson, MO; and her siblings, Arbridella Bolton-Little and William "Buddy" Rush of Malden. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
