It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Howell of Malden, Missouri, born in Lilbourn, Missouri, who passed away on December 13, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Swindle and Hazel Bissell Swindle; her daughter Laura Watson; her great grandchild Remme Watson; and her sister Margaret Ann Swindle.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Searcy of Malden and James Thurston of Kennett; her grandchildren, Terry Watson, Jimmy Watson, Xavier Dobbs, Joseph Thurston, Jamie Thurston and Beth Thurston; her great grandchildren, Latashia Akridge, Cameron Thurston, Khloe Thurston, Payton Dobbs, Brayson Dobbs, Anthony Thurston, Maddie Thurston, Christopher Watson, Dreamer Watson, Amen Watson, Miguel, Marcos and Kavin; and her brothers, Jimmy Swindle of Louisiana and William Swindle of Louisiana.
