She was predeceased by: her parents, John Crook and Charlene Qualls Crook; and her siblings, Joan Mayberry and Richard Crook. She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Ann McLemore of Draffenville and Dorothy Pascazi of Salem, Missouri; her niece Kim Mayberry-Holifield (Jack) of Kennett; and her nephew Keith Mayberry (Sabra) of Essex.
