He is survived by: his wife Sandy Allen of Malden; his son Bryan Demeritte of Minneapolis, MN; his stepchildren, Eddy Moore (Donna) of Gideon, MO, Durrell Smith (Carol) of Clarkton, MO, Scott Moore (Carolyn) of Gideon, MO, Jerry Moore (Tristie) of Gideon and Heather Whitaker of Watauga, TX; and his sister Betty Pfeffer of Lilbourn, MO. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
