It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd Harless Melton (Malden, Missouri), who passed away on January 6, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Melton and Lillian Lorene Shipley Melton; his wife Irene Hampton; and his brother Joe Melton. He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Allen (Malcomb) of Clarkton, MO; his grandchildren, Malcomb Allen, Jr. of Cape Girardeau, MO and Kortney Allen of West Alexandria, OH; his great grandchildren, Nathan Murphy, Spencer Pemberton and Zander Pemberton; and his brothers, Dwaine Melton of Gideon and Don Melton of Clarkton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
